Join us in June for 'Sake at Sunset' at a elegant Japanese restaurant overlooking the Hudson River with outdoor mingling and direct views of the Statue of Liberty. Included in the ticket will be samplings of several types of Sake and a variety of light food tastings. There will be a cash bar and guests are welcome to stay for dinner.

A CHARITY BENEFIT FOR BATTERY PARK CITY CARES

Battery Park City Cares was formed by Battery Park City residents after 9/11 to pay back the kindness shown by the world to the Lower Manhattan community. BPC Cares has provided tsunami relief in Sri Lanka, raised funds for recovery efforts in the Gulf Coast in 2005, and continues to contribute to local causes such as the Coalition for the Homeless.

All proceeds from this event will be sent to Common Ground Relief, a volunteer organization offering short-term assistance and long-term support for rebuilding communities in the Gulf Coast region.

Kaijou is located at 21 South End Ave, downtown New York, next to the wall street financial district. The restaurant offers a wide array of Japanese cuisine, ranging from tranditional Sushi, Sashimi and Teriyaki to new style dinner entrees.
